Delete your Zonuni account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Zonuni and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your Zonuni account and your chats, saved memory and library items. It cannot be undone. For safety, Zonuni may ask you to sign in again before deleting.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to zonuniaisupport@gmail.com from the email address of your Zonuni account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and its data after confirming it is yours.

What is deleted

Your account, chats, uploaded files, memory notes and library items. Short-term technical and security logs, and records we must keep by law, may remain for a limited time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
